Birmingham, U.K. born and bred, designer Gavin Douglas is known for his unique and chic womenswear. His elite designs have been worn by many famous celebrity women, including singers Kelly Rowland (in his design below) and Estelle— who performed in Douglas’ Bespoke dress at BET’s 2010 ”Rip The Runway” (pictured above).
