EVENT: Spike Lee Speaks At Apple’s Meet the Filmmaker; Working On Michael Jackson ‘Bad’ Doc

Guests in attendance were able to see clips of Lee’s latest full length film, Red Hook Summer, which was presented to great controversy at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.
The out-spoken director also presented clips of his latest project, a Michael Jackson documentary to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the late pop icon’s Bad album. In an interview with Billboard.com,Lee shared that the documentary will include footage that MJ shot himself and other never before seen behind-the-scenes material.
Lee, who was joined by his son Jackson Lee, was just the latest director to be featured in the on-going series. Other notables that have been guests include, James Cameron, Matt Damon, and Tom Hanks.
