(New York, NY)—The Heart Truth’s Red Dress Collection show has always attracted a bevy of celebrities dedicated to supporting a good cause through fashion—and this year’s line up of stars turned runway-models-for-a-night doesn’t disappoint. The legendary Patti Labelle and Academy Award nominated actress Taraji P. Henson are set to strut down the catwalk. Other celebs set to walk include Dania Ramirez, Eve, Gayle King, and Garcelle
Beauvais.

Created in 2002 by The Heart Truth—a program of the Federal Government’s National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute—the Red Dress was unveiled as the national symbol for women and heart disease awareness at New York’s Fashion Week in February 2003 in partnership with American’s top fashion designers. Now, each February since its launch, the Red Dress symbol has come to life on the runway with the annual Red Dress Collection Fashion Show.
