According to TMZ.com, a judge recently ruled in favor of actress Halle Berry, in the custody war against her baby daddy model Gabriel Aubry.

After hearing arguments from both sides the judge gave the actress the green light to travel to New York with her daughter where she is scheduled to film her next movie. The judge disagreed with Gabriel’s argument alleging that Halle’s work was prohibiting him from co-parenting their two year old daughter Nahla.

As a result, Aubry, withdrew his custody petition in court , however he is moving forward with his request for child support from Halle.
