(Washington, DC) “Spirits” were high this past weekend in the nation’s capital as Smirnoff presented “The Winner’s Tour” featuring “Master of the Mix” host Just Blaze and season one winner DJ Scratch—who hosted a DJ clinic and exhibition.

Scratch musically turned the venue into a Brooklyn house party, while Just Blaze, closed the show off with a set of tunes he produced—naturally.
