Tapped at New York City’s legendary restaurant Pink Teacup, The Hot 10’s Chuck Nice caught up with Public Enemy frontman, Chuck D to talk about his 25 years in hip-hop, the state of music today and what he’s up to nowadays. In a special two-hour episode, the two countdown some of the greatest hip-hop records of the 80’s and 90’s.
