2. Afeni Shakur Praises Tupac Coachella Performance
A representative for Tupac’s mom, Afeni Shakur, shared her reaction to her son’s surprise appearance at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival last night (April 15). According to TMZ, reps said that Afeni was excited to see her son perform on stage.

3. Michelle Obama Responds to Beyoncé’s Letter
Last week, Beyoncé penned a letter of appreciation to First Lady Michelle Obama to praise her for her good work and being “the ultimate example of a truly strong African American woman.”
The handwritten letter, which was posted on Beyoncé’s revamped website, goes on to describe the FLOTUS as being a caring mother and a loving wife while handling the task of being the first lady of the United States with such grace. [MORE]
