Since Anthony Hamilton released his breakout 2003 sophomore album, Comin’ from Where I’m From, he has recorded and released some of the most soulful songs of contemporary music. From “Charlene” to “Woo,” the Grammy Award winning artist has managed to infuse the soul of the 70s into songs that are modern and fresh.
Centric will go behind the groove and tap into the musical inspiration of Hamilton in the latest installment of As Written. Check out this clip from the show:
