Eminem has revealed that he’s hard at work on a new album, and while details on the project are still scarce, the hip hop superstar has already confirmed he will be collaborating with a familiar face — Dr. Dre.
“Yeah, of course he’ll be involved,” Em said of his frequent co-conspirator in an interview with DJ Whoo Kid on Shade 45 radio. “I usually get going and kind of start going a certain direction and just record what I’m feeling. Then I’ll go see Dre and fill in some of those pieces.” [MORE]

3. Ice Cube Speaks on Reality TV Programming
Ice Cube isn’t a big fan of a lot of Black reality TV, but the veteran rapper turned actor and television-movie producer doesn’t let it bother him too much. Asked by media personality-blogger Gyant at an event in Atlanta on June 28 about the way Black people are portrayed on reality television, Cube was matter-of-fact about the realities of reality programming.
“Forget the word ‘reality…’ The shows are scripted, the situations are put together,” he said. “They’re looking for the conflict, they wanna edit to the conflict. That is the show. Without the conflict, nobody’s watching. It’s a shame, but that’s kind of the nature of the beast.” [MORE]
