Irish soul singer Laura Izibor is releasing The Brooklyn Sessions Vol. I, a new EP that serves as the precursor to the upcoming release of her sophomore album. The project is the result of a three-day live recording session with her touring band at Electrik Indigo Studios in Brooklyn, New York.

The 25 year old Dublin native first found critical acclaim with her 2009 debut album Let The Truth Be Told, which featured the top 40 Billboard R&B hit, “From My Heart to Yours.” That same year she landed a nomination for the Centric Award at the Soul Train Awards.
