Tavis Smiley To Interview R. Kelly on ‘SOULACOASTER’ Special On Centric

The life of R. Kelly has had its ups, downs, twists, and turns—sort of like a roller coaster. Add to that an arsenal of hits—that have yielded the Chicago native countless awards, millions of albums sold, and fame—and it becomes a SOULACOASTER.
Centric will air a candid and intimate interview with the ‘King of R&B’, hosted by Tavis Smiley. The hour-long special, centered around Kelly’s new memoir, Soulacoaster; will find him sharing his struggles with his severe dyslexia, the trial which nearly derailed his career and experiences working with Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson.
