Nothing compared to this!

There were plenty of stars on hand for the iHeartRadio Music Festival, including Usher, Taylor Swift, Pink , Gwen Stefani and The Jonas Brothers, but things reached supernova status on Day Two of the two-day festival when Prince surprised the crowd and took the stage at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas during Mary J. Blige’s set.

After the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul announced that a “real good friend” was coming to the stage, Prince, wearing canary yellow pants and sporting his new fro, appeared for an unscheduled jam session. The duo then launched into a rendition of Prince’s “Nothing Compares 2 U,” the 1990 chart-topping hit made famous by Sinead O’Connor.

“I am blessed to have you here because you have to be very particular about who you mess with,” Blige said onstage as she turned toward the Purple one. “And I do, too.”
